Domains purchased and registered. Domains aged minimum 2 weeks (preferably 4). DNS records accessible. Domains not on any blacklists.

Account checklist

Accounts created (2 to 3 per domain). Professional display names configured. Signatures set up with name, title, company, and physical address. Accounts connected to sending platform. Accounts connected to warmup.

Authentication checklist

SPF records published and verified. DKIM enabled and verified. DMARC record published (at minimum p=none with reporting). All checks passing via Warm Inboxes verification tools.

Warmup checklist

Warmup active on all accounts. Warmup running for minimum 14 days before campaigns. Warmup volume appropriate (15 to 30 per day initially). Warmup health monitored weekly.

Deliverability checklist
