Partnerships extend your reach and generate referral revenue.

Partner types
CRM vendors: HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive partners who serve clients needing outbound help. Marketing agencies: Content, SEO, and paid media agencies whose clients need outbound but they do not offer it. Sales consultants: Sales training and consulting firms whose clients need pipeline generation. Technology vendors: Cold email tool vendors who want to recommend implementation partners.
Building the partnership
Step 1: Identify potential partners. Look for companies serving the same audience with complementary (not competing) services. Step 2: Cold email them (naturally). "{{firstName}}, we run cold email campaigns for {{target_audience}} and I think there's a referral opportunity between us. Your clients often need outbound pipeline, and our clients often need {{their_service}}. We could refer business both ways." Step 3: Formalize the arrangement. Define referral fees (10 to 20% of first-year revenue is standard), tracking mechanisms, and communication protocols. Step 4: Nurture the partnership. Send regular updates on your results. Make referrals in their direction. The best partnerships are reciprocal.
